 This will change the whole status of yours if you get angry at very few points then there will be no army with you /  team maintaining a cool head is very essential a short temperamental leader is neither appreciate not like by the team members such a person is very unpredictable one should be able to control yourself and you also control your workers most importantly in the public areas you have to control yourself

 Greed

Arrogance 
An arrogant leader will never operation by his co worker or his team members he will always take all the credit of the success for him in never give any credit to others  so never arrogance you should always share your results share your view points with others  and always listen to your team members and appreciate their work
